Project Manager

B. Sc / BE / B. Tech / M. Tech / Diploma in Computer Science or allied fields.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years managing projects using Agile methodologies.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in GIS is Plus
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Proven experience in risk management, resource management, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Lead and manage Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
